Worked with Managed, an Australian property management app, to redesign both the Dashboard and Action Centre, and introduced an overlay feature to help property managers feel more in control and accomplished with their workload.

Led research within a UX team for Singapore Botanic Gardens app, then expanded the project through comprehensive redesign. Created personalised navigation, plant identification and event discovery features to enhance the visitor experience in a way that complemented – rather than distracted from – their time in nature.

Designed a mobile app that makes learning Mandarin Chinese feel more natural and enjoyable by pairing it with the things people already do to unwind, like listening to music, watching movies and enjoying TV shows.
